Rhinoplasty, Facial Plastic Surgeons, and the ARCHIVES

Rhinoplastic surgery has helped to define the specialty of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery more than any other procedure. The pursuit of the art and science of nasal surgery has been a passionate focus of facial plastic surgeons for over 100 years. The founders of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) had a primary interest in rhinoplasty, organizing many courses and meetings devoted to rhinoplastic surgery. The advanced rhinoplasty course of the AAFPRS continues to be the largest and most recognized in the world.

The Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery is the official journal of the AAFPRS. This journal publishes original, peer-reviewed manuscripts describing the latest clinical and research material related to rhinoplasty and all areas of facial plastic surgery.
