The book includes more than 230 illustrations and photographs and relies heavily on evidence-based medicine to support current treatment regimens for cosmetic conditions ranging from acne to the aging face.
The text is organized into 5 parts, beginning with the basic concepts of skin science and skin disease as they specifically pertain to cosmetic patients and follows with discussions on dermatologic treatments and procedures.
