THIS ISSUE begins the fourth year of publication for the Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery and provides an opportunity to thank
those who have made it successful. The list is long but I would begin with
the American Medical Association publication staff. They have been endlessly
supportive and produced a quality journal. The ARCHIVES would not have been
possible without the sponsorship of the American Academy of Facial Plastic
and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and the International Federation of Facial
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Steve Duffy, the AAFPRS staff, and its
board of directors all deserve credit. Our reviewers provide the essential
peer review to ensure the quality and integrity of our scientific articles
