This atlas, when originally published in 1992, was the first text to provide a comprehensive approach to microsurgical anatomy and harvesting details from multiple donor sites. The new, second edition of Atlas of Microvascular Surgery: Anatomy and Operative Techniques continues the great tradition of the first text with the latest information on 110 different flap harvesting techniques, including descriptions of 22 recently developed donor sites.

The 712-page text is divided into 4 main sections, including flaps from the (1) upper extremity, (2) lower extremity, (3) trunk, and (4) head and neck regions. For each of the flaps, a clear, concise review of the anatomy, innervation, harvesting techniques, and the authors' comments and insights are provided.
