Michael D. Seidman, MD

Arch Facial Plast Surg. 2001;3:227-229.

From the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, Division of Otologic/Neurotologic Surgery, Henry Ford Health System, West Bloomfield, Mich.
